Submission is only
limited to e-mail text only, no file attachment is
allowed.
All
summary submissions must be in English and by
e-mails only. Please limit your e-mail text within
1000 words per submission. In the E-mail "Subject"
field, please list first author's
FirstName_LastName_CountryCode_DDMMYY. For
example, Steve Berger submitted one contribution
on April 1st, 2007 and should write in the "Subject"
field with "steve_berger_us_010407". This is
important for our database to sort the submissions
automatically.
In
the e-mail message body, you should first write
your detailed contact information including name,
affiliation, e-mail address, telephone number, fax
number.
The
main submission should include keywords, abstract
and summary of your submissions. While the
submission format is not so important, please
focus on your technical findings, technical
merits, new proposals, recent results, performance
improvement, new standards and research insights,
etc.
All
Summit papers will go through external
peer-to-peer technical review. The WG
contributions will be reviewed by the 4GMF
committee. The accepted Summit papers will be
published internationally and indexed in EI, ISI
and LoC. The WG contributions will be presented
and discussed in 4GMF meetings towards possible 4G
industrial standards.
Please carefully select the options of your
submissions:
If
your submission is a potential 4GMF standards
contribution, you should submit to:
standards<at>4GMF.org.
If possible, please also select your WG number for
your contribution.
If
your submission is an academic research paper on
4G technology or a general technical paper
requiring international publication and indexes,
you should submit to:
papers<at>4GMF.org.
All submissions must be received no late than May
31, 2007. Please also do not submit
multiple copies of same submission as it will
damage your submission database. For any
submission questions, please contact steve<at>delson.org
or susan<at>cwc.us.
